The first step towards building your family’s dream home is to apply for a Lendcor loan at one of our partner building supply stores. You’ll need to bring along a copy of your ID, a copy of your bank statement, and your latest pay slip.
Buy your materials
Having secured your loan, you will then be able to buy the materials you need from the merchant to the value of your loan, starting the journey towards building your dream home, while also increasing its value.
