| Lendcor implements a new I.T. software system specifically developed to process credit applications using the latest technologies. For instance, the customer can enquire about credit without even entering the store by simply using their cellphone to SMS the following information: I.D. NUMBER*SURNAME*INITIALS*GROSS SALARY to 42997 or 30633 for Vodacom users (Free Sms). The customer will get an immediate response. Lendcor's call centre will also contact the customer. The Merchant can have direct access to Lendcor via the web. This will allow the Merchant to carry out the first phase of the credit enquiry. To obtain access to the Lendcor site please contact Sue Naicker on 031-310 7161 or your Area Manager, whose details are on this website. The new system will keep the Merchant appraised of the applications progress. This is achieved by sending out an SMS at each stage of the application process, once it has been completed. There are a number of enhancements within the new system which Lendcor is certain will provide both customer and Merchant with a greatly improved service.
