For instances the customer can enquire about credit without even entering the store simply by using there cell phone and SMS the following information
ID NUMBER/ SURNAME/ INTIALS/ GROSS SALARY to 42997. The customer will get an immediate response. Lendcors call centre will also contact the customer.
The merchant can have direct access to Lendcor via the web. This will allow the merchant to carry out the first phase of the credit enquiry. To obtain access to the Lendcor site please contact Reona on 031 310 7130 or you Area Manager whose details are on this web site.
The new system will keep the merchant appraised of the applications progress. This is achieved by sending out SMS’s at each stage of the application process once it has been completed.
